    These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Maiden Tamaki’s online store located at www.maidentamaki.co.nz. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 
  2. Product Availability and Pricing
    All products and prices are subject to change without notice. Maiden Tamaki reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. The prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. 
  3. Order Process
    When you place an order, we will send you an email confirmation detailing the products you have ordered. Please review the confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors. 
  4. Payment
    We accept payment via credit card using Stripe as the payment processor. Payment must be received in full before any goods are dispatched. 
  5. Shipping
    We ship to all addresses within New Zealand. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the number of items and the delivery address. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 business days of receipt of payment. 
  6. Returns and Refunds
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 21 business days of receipt of the returned goods. 
  7. Warranty
